Revised proposal

On 1 September 2026, AusNet Services submitted its revised transmission regulatory proposal for the period 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2032 (2027–32). This submission and supporting materials are included below.

Submissions

The AER published its draft decision on 30 June 2026. 

We invite energy consumers and other interested parties to make submissions on both our draft decision and AusNet Services’ revised proposal by Friday, 2 October 2026.

Written submissions should be sent electronically to AERresets2027-32ataer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERresets2027-32[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) and addressed to Kami Kaur, A/g Executive General Manager, Network Regulation, Australian Energy Regulator.

Submissions should be in Microsoft Word or another text readable document format.

We prefer that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. We will treat submissions as public documents unless otherwise requested. 

Parties wishing to submit confidential information should:

  • clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim
  • provide a non-confidential version of the submission in a form suitable for publication.

All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website.
