On 29 October 2015, we released our preliminary decision on CitiPower’s distribution determination for the 2016-20 regulatory control period.
We also released a Fact Sheet on our review of CitiPower’s proposal to accompany and summarise our preliminary decision. The purpose of this Fact Sheet is to make our decision accessible to a wide ranging consumer audience.
The AER commissioned a number of reports that it took into account when making its preliminary decision.
The AER must publish certain models with its preliminary determination for CitiPower.
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders on our preliminary determination. Submissions closed on 6 January 2016.

The AER held a public forum on its preliminary decisions on 17 November 2015. The slide presentations by the AER and Consumer Challenge Panel are attached.
