Back to topThe AER received a regulatory proposal from Power and Water Corporation, the NT’s electricity distribution network owner and operator, for the period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024.
Power and Water’s regulatory proposal, customer overview, tariff structure statement, models and supporting information were provided to the AER on 31 January 2018. Power and Water then submitted additional supporting documents on capital expenditure on 28 February 2018.
On 16 March 2018, Power and Water submitted its audited regulatory information notice (RIN) documents. As a result of its audited RIN, it was necessary for Power and Water to update its regulatory proposal and overview, tariff structure statement and some models.
